உரைmeaning
இட நாடி வழியாகவும் வல நாடி வழியாகவும் இயங்கும் இயல்பான மூச்சிலிருந்து மாறுபடும் சந்திரக் கலையும் சூரியக் கலையும், யோகத்திற்குரிய முறையில் மாறுபடாமலும் தடையின்றியும் குறைவின்றியும் சீராக நடு நாடி வழியே சென்று, தலை உச்சியைத் தாண்டியுள்ள சந்திர மண்டலத்தை அடைந்தால், எதனாலும் பாதிக்கப்படாத அழியாத உடலை அடையும் வழியும், எப்போதும் திகட்டாமல் அளவின்றிப் பெருகும் பேரின்பமும் இந்த உலகிலேயே கிடைக்கும் என்கிறது பாடல்.
The verse says that if the moon-kalai and sun-kalai, which ordinarily change between running through the left channel and the right channel with the natural breath, are made to run steadily through the middle channel instead, in the manner proper to yoga, without alternating, without obstruction and without falling short, and reach the moon-mandala beyond the crown of the head, then the means to an imperishable body that nothing can harm, and a bliss beyond measure that never cloys, are both obtained in this very world.
