The mind that wanders as it pleases comes under the control of the yogi who does chandra yoga; joined with the breath and rising through the middle channel, it hears, at the crown of the head, the high conch-sound of the divine reverberations. The five senses, which roam like a rutting elephant, come under the yogi's control and, bound within the body, act as the yogi's thought directs. And the nectar that gives never-cloying bliss wells up beneath the tongue, and the verse says the yogi keeps drinking it always.
