  பாடல் #821-இல் உள்ளபடி நெற்றியில் அமிர்தம் நிலைத்து நின்றால் கிடைக்கும் பயன்களைச் சொல்லப்போனால்,

  As in verse 821, if one tries to tell the benefits that come when the nectar stays fixed at the forehead,

  ஆகாயம், காற்று, நிலம், நீர், நெருப்பு ஆகிய ஐம்பூதங்களும் தமது உடலுக்குள்ளேயே அடங்கி இருப்பதைக் கண்டுகொண்ட யோகியர்கள்,

  the yogis who come to see that the five elements, sky, wind, earth, water and fire, are all contained within their own body,

  அண்டசராசரங்களில் பஞ்சபூதங்களாகக் கலந்து நிற்கும் இறைசக்தியே தமக்குள்ளும் பஞ்சபூதங்களாகக் கலந்திருப்பதை உணர்வார்கள்.

  realize that the very divine power that pervades the whole universe as those five elements is also present within them in the same way.

  அந்த இறைசக்தியைத் தமக்குள்ளேயே தரிசிக்க முடியும் என்பதையும் சொல்லலாம் என்கிறது பாடல்.

  And it can also be said, the verse says, that they are able to behold that divine power within themselves.
