  உடலின் அடிப்பகுதியில் ஒரு கதவு போன்ற இடம் உள்ளது; அதைக் கேசரி யோகத்தின் மூலம் சுருக்கி வைத்தால்,

  There is a door-like place at the base of the body; if it is closed through kesari yoga,

  உள்ளிருக்கும் காற்று திசைமாறி மேல்நோக்கிச் செல்லும்.

  the breath within changes direction and moves upward.

• வரி 3Line 3

  அப்படி உயிர்ப்பு மாறி மேலே செல்லும்போது, உடல் ஒளியுடன் விளங்கும்.

  As that breath changes course and rises, the body shines with light.

• வரி 4Line 4

  அந்தக் காற்று உள்ளே மேலெழும்போது, உயிர் ஒளிமயமான, மையணிந்த கோயிலின் மணிவிளக்கு போல் ஆகும் என்கிறது பாடல்.

  And when that breath rises within, the verse says, the life becomes like the jeweled lamp of a temple adorned with dark kohl, full of light.
