வெளியே செல்லும் மூச்சுக்காற்றைக் கேசரி யோகத்தின் மூலம் உள்ளேயே தங்கவைத்தால், வெளியே போகாமல் உடம்பிலேயே இருக்கும் அந்த மூச்சுக்காற்று, உயிர் உடலைவிட்டு வெளியேறாமல் காக்கும். வரும் காலத்தில், தலையில் உள்ள ஓர் இடத்தை அடைய கற்றுக்கொள்வீர்கள் என்கிறது பாடல்.
If, through kesari yoga, the breath that goes outward is made to settle within instead, that breath, staying inside the body without leaving, guards the life from leaving the body. In the time to come, the verse says, you will learn to reach a certain place within the head.
