உரைmeaning
திருவருளால் உடம்பில் உள்ள வெண்நிற அமிர்தம், பொன்நிறமான மண் போன்ற அடிப்பகுதியில் சேர்ந்தால், அங்குப் பெருகி வழிந்து நிறைந்திருந்து உடம்புக்கு உறுதி தரும். ஐம்பூதங்களால் ஆன உடம்பில் கழிவுகள் ஏற்படாது. இப்படி உடலைக் காக்க வல்லவர்களுக்கு உடல் இளமையுடன், கொழுந்து போல என்றும் பொலிவுடன் இருக்கும் என்கிறது பாடல்.
By divine grace, if the white nectar within the body joins that golden earth-like base, it wells up, flows, and fills that place, giving firmness to the body. In this body made of the five elements, there will be no wasting away. And for those able to guard the body this way, the verse says, it stays forever radiant with youth, like a fresh green shoot.
