  கேசரி யோகப் பயிற்சியால் வினைகள் சுழன்ற உடம்பை இனிய கரும்பு போல் ஆக்கிக் கொண்டவர்கள்,

  Those who, through the practice of kesari yoga, turn the body that karma has bent about into a body sweet like sugarcane,

  நாவின் நுனியை மேல்நோக்கிக் குவித்துச் செலுத்தி,

  and who direct the tip of the tongue upward,

• வரி 3Line 3

  கோங்கரும்பு போன்ற வளைவை நிமிர்த்தினால்,

  and straighten the curve that bends like the kongu-cane,

• வரி 4Line 4

  இந்த உடலிலேயே அமுதத்தைக் காணலாம் என்கிறது பாடல்.
