  பாவச் செயல்களால் பிறப்பு இறப்புக்கு உட்பட்டு தீவினைகள் நம்மை வருத்தும்போது,

  When evil deeds subject us to birth and death, and evil karma torments us,

  அதைப் போக்கும் வழி தெரியாமல் இருப்பவர்கள் நாவின் பயிற்சியாகிய கேசரி யோகத்தைப் பயின்றால் எமனை வென்றுவிடலாம்.

  பரந்த வினைகளை எல்லாம் ஆராய்ந்து, அவற்றால் விளையும் பயன் ஒன்றும் இல்லை என நன்கு அறிந்தவர்கள் தெய்வப் பணியில் ஈடுபடுவர்.

  And those who examine every wide-ranging deed and come to know well that no benefit at all comes of them take up service to the divine instead.

  கிடைக்கும் திருவருளை இனிய கரும்பு சுவைப்பது போல் சுவைப்பர் என்கிறது பாடல்.
