உரைmeaning
உடலாகிய ஊனின் நெற்றி நடுவில் ஓர் ஒளி உள்ளது. அதைத் தலை உச்சிக்கு மேல் உள்ள வான மண்டலத்தோடு சேர்க்கும் வகையை அறிந்தவர் யாருமில்லை. அந்த வகையை அறிந்து, அந்த ஒளியை வான மண்டலத்தோடு சேர்ப்பவர்கள், அங்கு ஊறும் தேன் போன்ற அமுதத்தை உண்டு தெளிவு பெற்று அதன் சிறப்பை உணர்வார்கள் என்கிறது பாடல்.
In the middle of the forehead of this body of flesh, there is a light. No one knows the way to join that light with the sky-realm above the crown of the head. The verse says that those who come to know that way, and join the light with the sky-realm, will drink there the honey-like nectar that wells up, gain clarity, and realize its greatness.
