உரைmeaning
யோக நூல்களை ஆராய்ந்து அறிந்து, அதனை முறையோடு செய்தால், உடம்பிலிருந்து அமுதம் சுரக்கும். அந்த அமுதம் உடலின் உள்ளே பாய்கின்றபோது ஓர் ஒலியை எழுப்பும். அந்த ஒலி சந்திர மண்டலமாக விளங்கி நம்மைப் பாதுகாக்கும் என்கிறது பாடல்.
If one investigates the yogic texts, comes to know them, and performs it in due order, nectar will well up from within the body. When that nectar flows within, it raises a sound. That sound, the verse says, shines forth as a lunar sphere and protects us.
