• வரி 1Line 1

  வண்ணான் ஆடையைக் கல்லில் அடித்துத் துவைக்கும்போது அதிலிருந்த அழுக்கு நீங்குவது போல,

  Just as the dirt in a washerman's cloth is beaten away when he strikes it against the stone slab,

• வரி 2Line 2

  தியானத்தின் மூலம் வரும் சிவயோக ஒளியால் உயிர் தன் முன்பக்க மூளையை மோத வேண்டும்.

  so must the soul strike its own brain, at the front, with the light of Shivayoga that comes through meditation.

  அந்த ஒளியைக் கொண்டு தலைக்குள் இருக்கும் குளத்தை நிரப்பிய பின்,

  Once that light has filled the pool within the head,

• வரி 4Line 4

  நெற்றிக்கு மேலே நிமிர்ந்து பார்த்தால், அந்த உயிர் தன் குற்றங்கள் அனைத்தும் நீங்கித் தூய்மை அடைந்துவிடும்.

  if one looks up above the forehead, that soul will be freed of all its faults and attain purity.
