  மூச்சுக்காற்று நடு நாடியில் நில்லாமல் இடம் வலமாக மாறி மாறி இயங்கும்போது,

  When the breath does not settle in the middle channel but keeps changing, moving now left and now right,

  உலகியல் வாழ்க்கையில் கிடந்து வருத்தப்பட நேரிடும்.

  யோகியானவன் மூச்சுக்காற்றை நாடிகள் அனைத்தும் கூடுகின்ற நடு நாடியில் ஒன்றுசேர்த்தால்,
