  பிராணன் வலப் பக்கத்தில் தோன்றி இடப் பக்கத்திற்குச் செல்லும்போது,

  When the vital breath arises on the right side and moves to the left,

  ஒரு பக்கம் கனமாகவும் இன்னொரு பக்கம் மெல்லியதாகவும் இருக்கும்.

  one side becomes heavy and the other becomes light.

  இரு பக்கமும் மாறி மாறி கனமாகவும் மெல்லியதாகவும் இருந்து பிராணன் ஓடும்.

  The vital breath moves this way, the two sides turning heavy and light by turns.
