  சந்திரனும் சூரியனும் போன்று, மூச்சு மாறி மாறி இடப் பக்கமும் வலப் பக்கமும் இயங்கும்.

  Like the moon and the sun, the breath moves changing again and again on the left side and the right.

• வரி 2Line 2

  இடப் பக்கத்தில் ஏறி வலப் பக்கத்தில் இறங்கும்; வலப் பக்கத்தில் ஏறி இடப் பக்கத்தில் இறங்கும்.

  It rises on the left and falls on the right; it rises on the right and falls on the left.

• வரி 3Line 3

  நடுவே ஒரு நிலையிலும் மூச்சு ஊர்ந்து செல்லும்.

  It also moves gliding through a middle course.

• வரி 4Line 4

  நாசிகள் வழியே இயங்கும் இந்த மூச்சிலேயே சிவம் இருக்கிறது என்பதை அறிந்து தெளியலாம்.

  One may come to know clearly that Shiva himself is present in this very breath that moves through the nostrils.
