சிவம் அருள் செய்த இந்த உலகத்தில், எல்லா உயிர்களுக்கும் பொதுவாக உலக இன்பத்தையும், உயர்ந்தோர்க்குச் சிறப்பாகப் பேரின்பத்தையும் தந்து, சிவானந்தத் தேனாகிய சக்தியை அளித்து, ஆயுளை அதிகரித்து அருள்புரிவது இறைவனே.
In this world that Shiva graciously made, it is God alone who grants worldly happiness in common to all living beings, and grants supreme bliss especially to the exalted, who gives the power that is the honey of divine bliss, and who increases the span of life and bestows grace.
