  மூச்சுக்காற்றின் இயக்கத்தை அறிந்துகொண்டால்,

  If one comes to know the movement of the breath,

  எப்போதும் நிலையாக இருக்கும் ஐம்பொறிகள் எவையோ அதுவே உலகில் உயிர் என்று அறியப்படும்.

  then that which is called the five senses, which remain ever constant, is itself known as the life in this world.

  அந்த உயிர் உலகைவிட்டுப் பிரியாதவாறு அதற்குரிய முறைகளை அறிந்து,

  If one learns the proper methods so that this life does not part from the world,

  அந்த வழியில் பேணிக் காத்தால் உயிர் உடம்பில் நிலைபெற்று இருக்கும்.

  and preserves it that way, the life will remain fixed in the body.
