  மூச்சு பகல் முழுவதும் முப்பது நாழிகை ஒரே திசையில் தொடர்ந்து இயங்கினால்,

  If the breath moves continuously in the same direction for thirty nazhigai through the day,

  ஆயுள் பன்னிரண்டு ஆண்டாகும் என அனுபவத்திலும் காணலாம்.

  life lasts twelve years, and this can be seen in experience too.

  இடையே மாறுதல் இல்லாமல் ஒரு நாள் முழுவதும், அதாவது அறுபது நாழிகை, மூச்சு அப்படியே உள்ளும் வெளியும் சென்றால்,

  If, without any change in between, the breath moves in and out that way for a whole day, sixty nazhigai,
