இறை சக்தியைத் தமக்குள் கண்டு உணராதவர்கள் தங்களின் வாழ்க்கையை வீணே வாழ்ந்து கழித்து, மீண்டும் பிறக்கும்படி இறந்து போகின்றார்கள். இறை சக்தியை அடையும் வழியைக் கற்று அறிந்தவர்கள் கூட, தாம் கற்ற கல்வியை உபயோகித்துப் பயன் பெறாமல், அதைப் பற்றிப் பலவிதமாகப் பேசுவதில் காலத்தைக் கழித்துக் கொண்டு, தாம் கற்றதெல்லாம் பயனில்லாமல் போகின்றதென்ற நாணம் இல்லாமல் காலத்தை வீணடிக்கின்றார்கள். இறை சக்தியைத் தமக்குள் கண்டு உணராததால், தம்மை விட்டுப் போகின்ற அருட்செல்வங்கள் என்ன என்பதையும் காணமலேயே, இவர்களின் காலம் வீணாகக் கழிந்துவிடுகின்றது.
Those who do not see and realize the divine power within themselves live out their lives in vain and die only to be born again. Even those who have learned and come to know the way to that divine power, without putting to use what they have learned and gaining its benefit, pass their time speaking of it in many ways, and waste their time shamelessly, though all they have learned comes to nothing. Because they do not see and realize the divine power within themselves, their time passes wastefully, and they do not even see what graced treasures are, by that very failure, passing them by.
