உரைmeaning
ஒரு நெல்லை நட்டால் அதிலிருந்து பல நெல் விளையும்; அவற்றை மீண்டும் நட்டால் பல்லாயிரமாகவும், அதையும் நட்டால் பல்கோடியாகவும் பெருகும். அதுபோலவே, தன்னுள் தோன்றும் அந்த மந்திர ஒலியை மீண்டும் மீண்டும் உடலுக்குள்ளேயே எந்த எதிர்பார்ப்பும் இன்றி மனனம் செய்யும் சாதகனின் உடல் அழியாமலிருந்து, ஒரு மந்திரம் பல மந்திரமாகப் பெருகி, வேத மந்திரமாகவே இருக்கும் இறைவனுடன் ஒடுங்கிவிடும்.
If one grain of paddy is sown, many grains grow from it; sowing those again yields many thousands, and sowing those yields many crores. In the same way, the practitioner who, again and again, silently repeats within the body, without any expectation, that mantra-sound which arises within, his body remains unperishing, and one mantra multiplies into many, until he merges with God, who is himself the Veda-mantra.
