உடலுக்குள் உள்ள அந்தக் கழிவகல் வாசலிலிருந்து தொடங்கி, படிப்படியாக மேலேறிச் சென்று அண்டத்தை அடைந்தால், வண்டுகள் விரும்பும் மலர் சூடிய கூந்தலையுடைய பெண்களே கண்டு விரும்பும் அழகிய உடலைப் பெறலாம்.
Beginning from that gate of waste within the body, and going on, step after step, upward until one reaches the macrocosm, one can attain a body so fine that even women whose flower-decked hair the bees themselves desire would, on seeing it, desire it too.
