உரைmeaning
அண்டம் சுருங்கினாலும் அதற்கு அழிவில்லை. பிண்டம் சுருங்கினால் பிராணன் நிலைபேறு அடையும். உணவைச் சுருக்கினால் அடையத்தக்க வழிகள் பல உள. அவ்வாறு செய்பவர், கருமை நிறமுடைய கழுத்தையுடைய நல்ல கபாலியே போல் ஆவார்.
Even if the macrocosm shrinks, there is no destruction to it thereby. If the body shrinks, the prana attains steadiness. If food is lessened, there are many means to be gained by it. One who does so becomes like the good Kapali himself, of the dark throat.
