மூச்சுக்காற்றைச் சுழற்றிச் செலுத்தி, மலத்தை நீக்கிக் கமலத்தை நிரப்பி, மீண்டும் மீண்டும் சுழற்றிச் செலுத்தும் அந்த உபாயத்தை அறிந்தவர்களுடைய உடல், அஞ்சனமாகவே ஆகி, என்றும் அழியாமல் நிலைத்திருக்கும்.
Those who know that means of driving the breath in a circuit, again and again, clearing away impurity and filling the lotus, their bodies themselves turn into anjanam, the lustrous black collyrium, and so remain unperishing forever.
