  ஆறுகளைப் போன்ற வழிகளின் வழியே பன்னிரண்டு கால்களுடன் எழுந்த குதிரை போல் குதித்துவரும் மூச்சுக்காற்றை,

  The breath that leaps like a steed risen on twelve legs through paths that are like rivers,

  நழுவவிடாமல் கட்டி, நன்கு பயன்கொள்ள வல்லவர்களானால்,

  for those who are able to bind, without letting it slip away, and fully make use of it,

  நீரில் ஆயிரம் ஆண்டும் நிலத்தில் ஆயிரம் ஆண்டும் இருந்தாலும்,

  even for a thousand years in water and a thousand years in the earth,

  அவர்களது உடல் அழியாது நிலைத்திருக்கும் என்பது நந்தி பிரானின் ஆணை.
