பாடல் #717-இல் சொன்னபடி அந்த யோகத்தால் தம் உடலைத் தங்கமாக மாற்றிக்கொண்ட யோகியர்களுக்குள் தோன்றும் பயன்கள் மூன்று. அவை தாமாகவே தோன்றி, நாடிக்குள் நோக்கிச் சென்று, பங்கயமாகப் படர்ந்து, அந்தச் சோதியுள்ளேயே தொடர்ந்து நிலைத்து நிற்கும்.
As said in verse 717, three benefits arise on their own within the yogis who have turned their bodies to gold through that yoga. They arise by themselves, move within the channel, spread out as the lotus, and continue, remaining established within that very light.
