  உயிர்களுக்குத் தாம் வாழுகின்ற காலம் எவ்வளவு என்பது தெரியாது.

  Living beings do not know how long the span of their life is.

  அகயோகத்தின் பெருமையை உணர்ந்து அதனை நோக்கிச் சென்று,

  The verse says that those who come to realize the greatness of aha yoga and turn toward it,

  தங்களின் மூச்சுக்காற்றைச் சுழுமுனை நாடி வழியே மேலேற்றிச் சென்று, சகஸ்ரதளத்தில் ஒளியாக வீற்றிருக்கும் இறைவனோடு கலந்து,

  raising their breath up through the sushumna nadi to mingle with God who dwells as light in the sahasrara,

  அதனால் கிடைக்கும் பேரின்பத்தில் திளைத்து எப்போதும் நிலையாக நிற்பவர்கள் சாதகர்கள் ஆகின்றார்கள் என்கிறது பாடல்.
