  மூச்சுக்காற்றோடு கலந்து உயிர்களின் உயிர்த்துடிப்பின் நாதமாக நிற்கின்ற பஞ்சபூதங்களின் தலைவனாகிய இறைவனை,

  God, the lord of the five elements, who stands as the very sound of life's pulse mingled with the breath,

  அந்த மூச்சுக்காற்று மற்ற நாடிகளின் வழியே சென்று வீணாகிவிடாமல் சுழுமுனை நாடியின் வழியே மேலேற்றிச் சென்று,

  the verse says that the yogi who raises the breath, instead of letting it go wastefully through the other nadis, up through the sushumna nadi,

  தலை உச்சியில் சடையணிந்த கோலத்தில் நின்ற சங்கரனாகிய இறைவனோடு கலக்கச் செய்யும் யோகியரிடம்,

  to mingle with Sivan, the matted locked lord who stands at the crown, that God

  அந்த இறைவன் உயிர்களின் உடலையே தனக்கு ஏற்ற காளை வாகனமாக்கி, அதிலேயே வீற்றிருந்து அருளுவான் என்கிறது பாடல்.

  makes the yogi's own body his fitting bull mount, and comes to dwell there, granting grace.
