  உலக விஷயங்களை எண்ணாமல் ஒளி உருவமான இறைவன்மேல் எப்போதும் எண்ணத்தை வைத்திருந்தால்,

  If one keeps the mind always fixed on God, who is of the form of light, without thinking of worldly matters,

• வரி 2Line 2

  இறைவனின் திருவருள் நமது நான்கு அந்தக்கரணங்களையும்,

  God's sacred grace stays mingled with our four inner faculties,

• வரி 3Line 3

  பதினாறு கலைகளையும்,

  and our sixteen kalais,

• வரி 4Line 4

  மூச்சுக்காற்றோடு என்றும் கலந்து நின்று காத்தருளும் என்கிறது பாடல்.

  and with our breath, standing guard over us forever, the verse says.
