  தன்னை அடைவதற்கு உண்மையான அன்பை வழியாக வைத்த நெற்றிக்கண்ணையுடைய இறைவனை, உண்மையான அன்போடு இருகண்களுக்கு நடுவே இருக்கும் சுழுமுனை நாடியின் உச்சியை நோக்கித் தியானத்தில் இருந்தால்,

  If one meditates with true love, gazing toward the crown of the sushumna nadi between the two eyes, on the God with the eye upon his forehead, who has set true love as the way to reach him,

  தலை உச்சியிலுள்ள சகஸ்ரதளத்தில் ஒளிப் பிரவாகமாக வீற்றிருக்கும் இறைவனைச் சென்றடையும் வழி கிடைக்கும்.

  one comes to find the way that leads to God, who dwells as a flood of light in the sahasrara at the crown.

  அந்த வழியை அன்போடு பின்பற்றி அடைந்துவிட்டால், எப்போதும் பேரின்பத்தில் திளைத்து,

  Once that way is followed with love and reached, remaining always steeped in bliss,

  என்றும் அழியாமல் இறையருள் காத்து நிற்கும் என்கிறது பாடல்.

  his grace stands guard forever, without fail, the verse says.
