• வரி 1Line 1

  கீழ்நோக்கிச் செல்லும் மூச்சுக்காற்றை மேல்நோக்கிச் செல்ல வைத்து, அதைச் சுழுமுனை நாடியோடு கட்டி வைக்கும் திறனைப் பெற்ற யோகி,

  The yogi who gains the skill to turn the downward moving breath upward and bind it with the sushumna nadi,

  இவ்வாறு நிலைநிறுத்தி அறிந்தவர்களுக்கு இனி எமன் இல்லை என்கிறது பாடல்.

  for one who comes to know this, fixed so, the verse says Yama has no hold any longer.

  இப்படிக் கட்ட வல்லவர்கள் அனைத்தும் தாமே என்று உணர்ந்து, எங்கும் கலந்து நிற்பார்கள்.

  Those able to bind the breath so come to know that all things are themselves, and stand mingled everywhere.

  சகஸ்ரதளத்தில் மலர்ந்த தேன் சொரியும் தாமரையுள் இறைவனோடு இணைந்து, இனி எப்போதும் இறந்து பிறவாத நிலையை அடைவார் என்கிறது பாடல்.

  Uniting with God within the honey flowing lotus blossomed at the sahasrara, they come, the verse says, to reach the state where they die and are born no more.
