  குளிர்ச்சியான சந்திரனின் குணம் கொண்ட இடகலையின் வழியும், வெப்பமான சூரியனின் குணம் கொண்ட பிங்கலையின் வழியும் உள்ளிழுத்த மூச்சுக்காற்றுகளைச் சுழுமுனை நாடி வழியே ஒன்றாகச் சேர்த்து மேலெழுப்பிச் சென்று,

  The breath drawn in through idakalai, cool with the moon's nature, and through pingalai, hot with the sun's nature, joined as one through the sushumna nadi and raised upward,

  சகஸ்ரதளத்தில் வீற்றிருக்கும் இறைவனிடம் ஒன்றாகக் கலக்கும்படி செய்யும் அகயோகத்தை உண்மையாகக் கடைப்பிடித்திருக்கும் சித்தர்களுக்கு,

  unites with God who dwells in the sahasrara; the verse says that to the siddhars who truly hold to this aha yoga,

  அதையும் தாண்டிய ஆனந்த யோகத்தில் தன்னை அடையும் வழியைக் காட்டி,

  God shows the way to reach him further still, through Ananda Yoga beyond that,

  அங்கே அவர்களுடன் கலந்து இறைவனும் நிற்கின்றான் என்கிறது பாடல்.

  and stands there mingled with them, the verse says.
