  ஆராய்ந்து அறிந்து கொள்ள முடியாத தலைவியாகிய ஆதிசக்தியுடனும், ஆராய்ந்து அறிந்து கொள்ள முடியாத குண்டலினி சக்தியுடனும் வாயு ஒன்றாகக் கலக்கும் அளவு எவ்வளவு என்று சொன்னால்,

  As for the measure by which the wind comes to mingle as one with the unfathomable primal power, the mistress none can search out and know, and with the unfathomable kundalini power, the verse says it is this:

  உயிர்கள் தமக்குள் இழுக்கப்படும் மூச்சுக்காற்றில் ஐந்நூற்று நாற்பது அளவுகளில்,

  of the five hundred and forty measures of breath drawn into ourselves,

  ஐந்நூற்று முப்பத்தொன்பது அளவு உடலின் சக்தியூட்டத்திற்குப் பயனாகி, மீதியிருப்பது ஒரு அளவே ஆகும்.

  five hundred and thirty nine measures go to energize the body, and only one measure remains.

  அந்த ஒரு அளவு வாயு மட்டும் உடலின் உள்ளிருந்து மேலே சென்று அங்கிருக்கும் இறை சக்தியோடு கலக்கின்றது என்கிறது பாடல்.

  That one measure of wind alone, the verse says, rises from within the body to mingle with the divine power that dwells above.
