  தனக்கு நிகராக எதுவும் இல்லாமல் தானே தனிப் பொருளாக இருக்கும் இறைசக்தி ஒன்றே ஆகும்.

  The divine power that has nothing equal to it, standing alone as itself, is the one power.

  அந்த சக்தி மூச்சுக்காற்றை இயக்கி, யோக நிலையில் நடுநாடியாகிய ஒன்றன் வழியே செலுத்தி மேலேற்றும்போது,

  That power moves the breath, sending it upward along the central nadi in the state of yoga:

  உள்ளிழுக்கும் மூச்சுக்காற்று ஆயிரமாயிரம் நாடி நரம்புகளைக் கடந்து உடல் முழுவதற்கும் சக்தியூட்டி, ஒவ்வொரு சக்கரங்களாக வெற்றிகொண்டு மேலெழுகின்றது.

  the breath drawn in crosses thousands upon thousands of nadis and nerves, energizes the whole body, and rises taking each chakra in turn.

  அங்கே சுழுமுனை நாடியில் கவிழ்ந்த சகஸ்ரதளத்தை நிமிர்ந்த சகஸ்ரதளமாக மாற்றியமைத்து, காலத்தையும் கடக்கச் செய்யும் என்கிறது பாடல்.

  There in the sushumna nadi it turns the sahasrara, that had hung bowed down, into an upright sahasrara, and, the verse says, makes one cross time as well.
