  இடகலை பிங்கலை நாடிகளின் மேல் சுழுமுனைத் தலையில் இருக்கும் சிவசக்தி,

  The Siva power, Sadasiva Nayaki, who dwells above idakalai and pingalai at the head of sushumna,

  இடகலை பிங்கலை என்ற இரண்டு நாடிகள் வழியாக மூச்சுக்காற்று செல்லும்போது, உடலில் உள்ள மண்டலங்களையும் நரம்புத் தொகுதிகளையும் தாண்டி,

  when the breath moves through the two nadis idakalai and pingalai, crosses the body's regions and bundles of nerves,

  ஆறு சக்கரங்களில் உள்ள ஐம்பத்தொன்று கிளைகள் வழியாகக் கலந்து, ஆயிரம் தாமரை இதழ்களைக் கொண்ட சகஸ்ரதளத்தை அடைகின்றது.

  and, mingling through the fifty one branches within the six chakras, reaches the sahasrara of a thousand lotus petals.

  காலத்தைக் கடப்பதற்குத் துணை செய்வது ஐம்முகச் சக்தியே ஆகும்; உயிரின் காலத்தைக் கடக்கச் செய்வதும் ஐம்முகங்களோடு கூடிய சதாசிவனின் நாயகியே ஆகும் என்கிறது பாடல்.

  What aids the crossing of time is the five faced power, and it is that same Nayaki of Sadasivan, joined with five faces, the verse says, who makes the soul cross time.
