  தலைக்குள் ஆறு போல் உண்டாகும் அமுதம்,

  The nectar that arises like a stream within the head,

  ஆயிரத்து முந்நூற்று ஐந்து நரம்புத் தொகுதிகள் வழியாகச் செல்கின்றது.

  flows through one thousand three hundred and five bundles of nerves.

  அவ்வாறு செல்லும் அமுதம் அந்த நரம்புத் தொகுதிகளின் மறுபகுதியில் உள்ள சகஸ்ரதளத்தை அடைந்து,

  It is that flowing nectar which reaches the sahasrara on the far side of those nerve bundles,

  உயிரைப் பக்குவப்படுத்தி மேல்நிலைக்குக் கொண்டு செல்வது சிவசத்திகளே என்கிறது பாடல்.

  and it is the Siva powers, the verse says, who mature the soul there and bear it to the higher state.
