புருவ நடுவில் இருக்கும் குளிர்ந்த பேரறிவின் மூலம், உடலெங்கும் பலவாறாகப் பரவியிருக்கும் ஐம்பூதங்களையும் கடினப்பட்டுக் கட்டுப்படுத்தி ஓராண்டு அவ்வாறே வைத்திருந்தால், அனைத்திற்கும் மேலான உண்மைப் பொருளாகிய சதாசிவத்தை உணரலாம்.
Through the cool, great wisdom that dwells between the brows, if the five elements that pervade the body in many ways are mastered with effort and held so for a year, Sadashiva, the true being who stands above all else, may be realized.
