ஆகின்ற சந்திரன் தன்னொளி யாயவன்ஆகின்ற சந்திரன் தட்பமு மாயிடும்ஆகின்ற சந்திரன் தன்கலை கூடிடில்ஆகின்ற சந்திரன் தானவ னாமே.
உரைmeaning
புருவ நடுவில் பேரொளியைக் கண்ட யோகி, அங்கே காணப்பெறும் சந்திரனது குளிர்ந்த ஒளியாவான். அதன்பின் அந்தச் சந்திர மண்டலத்தின் பகுதிகள் அனைத்தையும் ஒவ்வொன்றாக உணர்ந்தால், இறுதியில் அந்த ஒளியிலுள்ள சந்திரனாகவே மாறிவிடுவான்.
The yogi who beholds the great light between the brows becomes the cool light of the moon seen there. Thereafter, if he comes to realize, one by one, every region of that lunar sphere, he finally turns into that very moon within the light.

If he comes to unite with all the phases of that moon,
