உரைmeaning
நமக்குள் அனைத்தையும் இயக்கும் சதாசிவ சக்தியின் மேல் மனதை ஒருமுகப்படுத்தி, அதிலேயே லயித்து, அனைத்துத் தத்துவங்களாலும் பாதிக்கப்படாமல் யோகப் பயிற்சியில் ஒரு வருடம் இருந்தால், அத்தத்துவங்களை வெல்லலாம். அவ்வாறு அனைத்துத் தத்துவங்களையும் வென்றவருக்கு ஈசத்துவம் என்னும் சித்தி கிடைக்கும்.
By fixing the mind upon the power of Sadashiva that sets everything within us in motion, remaining absorbed in it, untouched by all the principles, through a year of yoga practice, those principles may be conquered. To one who has thus conquered all the principles, the siddhi called ishatvam is granted.
