உரைmeaning
நம்மைக் கட்டுப்படுத்தும் பஞ்சபூதங்கள் முதலான பலவகைத் தத்துவங்களை உணர்ந்து, அனைத்திற்கும் தலைவியான அருள் சக்தியுடன் மனதை ஒருமுகப்படுத்தி, அதிலேயே லயித்து யோகப் பயிற்சியில் ஒரு வருடம் இருந்தால், அத்தத்துவங்களை வெல்லலாம். அவ்வாறு அனைத்துத் தத்துவங்களையும் வென்றவருக்குப் பிராத்தி என்னும் சித்தி கிடைக்கும்.
By realizing the five elements and the many other principles that hold us bound, fixing the mind upon the grace-power that is lord over all of them, and remaining absorbed in it through a year of yoga practice, those principles may be conquered. To one who has thus conquered all the principles, the siddhi called prāpti is granted.
