முடிந்திட்டு வைத்து முயங்கிலோ ராண்டில்அணிந்த அணிமாகை தானாம் இவனுந்தணிந்தவப் பஞ்சினுந் தானொய்ய தாகிமெலிந்தங் கிருந்திடும் வெல்லவொண் ணாதே.
உரைmeaning
அணிமா சக்தி கைவரப் பெற்றபின், ஓராண்டு தொடர்ந்து பயிற்சியை விடாமல் மேற்கொண்டு வந்தால், அணிமா சித்தி நிரந்தரமாகக் கைவரப் பெறும். அவ்வாறு பெற்றபின், அவரது உடல் பஞ்சைவிட மெலியதாக இருந்தாலும், வலிமையானதாகவும் எவராலும் வெல்ல முடியாததாகவும் இருக்கும்.
Once the power of animā has been gained, if the practice is continued without a break for a year, the siddhi of animā becomes permanent. Having so gained it, the body, though lighter and more delicate than cotton, becomes strong and unconquerable by anyone.

Having completed the gaining of it, if one continues embracing the practice for a year,

the animā he has taken on becomes his own for good.

His body grows lighter than even settled cotton,

and though so delicate, remains there unconquerable by anyone.
