உரைmeaning
ஒடுங்கிய மனத்தில் இருக்கும் இறைவனை உணர்ந்து லயித்திருந்தால், மூச்சுக்காற்றும் அதனோடு அடங்கி இருக்கும். அவ்வாறு அனைத்தும் அடங்கியிருக்கும் உடலோடு உயிர் நிலைபெற்று இருக்கும். அவ்வாறு நிலைபெற்ற அந்த உயிரில், நடனத்திற்குத் தலைவனான இறைவனே தேடி வந்து குடிகொள்வான்.
If one realizes and becomes absorbed in the God who dwells in the settled mind, the breath too settles along with it. With everything so settled, life becomes established within the body. And within that established life, God himself, the lord of the dance, comes seeking and takes his seat.
