இடகலை, பிங்கலை என்னும் இரு வழிகளிலும் அடங்கியிருக்கும் மூச்சுக் காற்று மாறி, தடைகள் ஆறும் எழுந்து, குளிர்ந்த கடலில் மழை பெய்யும்போது தோன்றும் கொடி போன்ற மின்னலும் கடலும் சேர்ந்து ஒன்றாகத் தெரிவது போல, மனம் ஒடுங்கி நிற்கும்.
The breath that lies within the two paths called idakalai and pingalai changes, and the six obstacles arise. Then, like the lightning that streaks like a vine over a cool sea when rain falls upon it, so that lightning and sea appear to become one, the mind settles and comes to rest.
