உடலில் நூற்றைந்தாகப் பிரிந்திருக்கும் அச்சக்தி, முழுமையாய் ஒருநிலைப்பட்டு, மறைந்தவாறே உடலுக்குள் எழுந்து, அங்கே மறைந்து உடலெங்கும் பரவி, உடலிலுள்ள ஐம்பூதங்களுடன் ஒன்றுபட்டு, உடலிலுள்ள பத்துவகை வாயுக்களோடும் அடங்கி இருக்கும்.
That power, having divided into a hundred and five within the body, becomes whole and settled into a single state, and rising hidden within the body, spreads unseen throughout it, unites with the five elements in the body, and settles together with the ten kinds of vital airs within the body.
