எழுப்பப்பட்ட ஆற்றல் உள்ளே செல்ல, மூச்சுக்காற்றால் அதைத் தாங்க, ஏழு உலகங்களிலும் வியாபித்திருக்கும் ஆற்றலை அடையலாம். இம்முறையைச் சிவனுடைய அருள்வழியில் செல்பவர்களுக்கு யாம் கூறினோம்.
When the power that has been roused moves within, borne up by the breath, one can attain the power that pervades and sustains all seven worlds. This is the way we have spoken to those who walk the path of Shiva's grace.
