தனஞ்செயன் என்னும் வாயு உடலில் உள்ள ஒன்பது வாயுக்களோடும் கலந்து, உடலில் உள்ள இருநூற்று இருபத்து நான்கு நரம்புகள் வழியாகவும் சென்றுகொண்டே இருக்கும். அவ்வாறு செல்லாமல் இருந்தால் உடல் வீங்கி வெடித்துவிடும்.
The breath called Dhananjaya, mingling with the nine vital breaths within the body, keeps moving through the two hundred and twenty four nerves of the body. If it did not move so, the body would swell and burst.
