உடலில் உள்ள ஒன்பது வாயுக்களும் ஒன்பது நாடிகளும், மிகுதியும் குறைவும் இல்லாமல் சரிசமமாக இருந்தால், தனஞ்செயன் என்னும் வாயு உடலோடும் உயிரோடும் ஒன்றுபட்டுப் பிரியாமல் இருக்கும்.
When the nine vital breaths and the nine channels within the body remain equal, neither in excess nor in deficiency, then the breath called Dhananjaya stays united with the body and the life, and does not part from them.
