தானே அணுவளவாக மாறுதலும், உலகளவு பெருமையாதலும், கனமிக்கதாதலும், எல்லாவற்றிலும் அடங்கிய ஆகாயம் போல் இலேசாதலும், அழியாத உடலை அடைதலும், தான் நினைத்ததை அப்படியே ஆக்கிக்கொள்ளும் தன்மையும், குறையாத உண்மை ஆற்றலும், எங்கும் பரவி நிற்றலும் ஆகிய இவை எட்டும் அட்டமா சித்திகள் ஆகும்.
Becoming as small as an atom, becoming as great as the world, becoming heavy, becoming light as the ether that pervades all things, attaining an imperishable body, having the power to become at will whatever one wishes, possessing an unfailing power of truth, and standing pervading everywhere: these eight are the eight great siddhis.
