  தேவர்கள் முதலான அனைத்து உயிர்களின் தன்மையையும் அறிந்துகொள்கின்ற பண்பாளனாகிய இறைவனின் திருவடியை,

  At the feet of the Lord, who as a being of true nature knows the character of all lives beginning with the gods,

  தூய எண்ணத்துடன் சரண் அடைந்து, தூய்மையான பரவெளியைக் கண்டேன்.

  I took refuge with pure thought, and beheld the pure, vast expanse.

• வரி 3Line 3

  ஆதலால் இறைவன் தனது பேரருளால் அரிதான எட்டுவித சித்திகளையும் எனக்கு வழங்கினான்.

  And so the Lord, by his great grace, granted me all the rare eight siddhis.

• வரி 4Line 4

  எனது பிறப்பையும் அறுத்து அருளினான்.

  And by his grace he cut off my birth as well.
