தொப்புளுக்கும் நெஞ்சுக்குமிடையே உடலுக்குள் இருக்கும் இடத்தில் மனதை அங்கே ஒருமுகப்படுத்தி ஆழ்ந்து தியானம் செய்யக் கூடியவர்களுக்கு, அங்கே இருக்கும் உடலின் தலைவனான இறைவனை அறிய முடியும்.
Those able to fix the mind and meditate deeply upon the place within the body between the navel and the chest come to know the Lord who is the ruler of that body, dwelling there.
