  மனதை ஒருநிலைப்படுத்தித் தியானம் செய்து சிவபெருமானை உணரக் கூடியவர்களின் உள்ளிருந்து வெளிவரும் ஓசை,

  For those able to steady the mind, meditate and realize Shiva, the sound that rises from within them,

  பூவிலிருந்து வெளிவரும் நறுமணம் போல,

  stands mingled like the fragrance rising from a flower,

• வரி 3Line 3

  சிவபெருமானின் ஓசை என்னும் சொரூபமாகவும், தேவர்கள் முதலிய அனைத்து உயிர்களுக்குள்ளும் பாசம் என்னும் உணர்வாகவும்,

  as the very form that is Shiva's own sound, and as the feeling called pasam within the gods and all other beings,

  அந்தப் பாசத்தின் கருணையால் உயிருக்கு உயிராகவும் கலந்து நிற்கும்.

  and, through the mercy of that pasam, as the life within their life.
