உரைmeaning
எண்ணிலடங்காத ஆண்டுகள் யோக நிலையில் இருந்தாலும், இறைவனை வெளியே கண்டு அறிந்தவர்கள் யாரும் இல்லை. உள்ளுக்குள் இருக்கும் சகஸ்ரதளத்திலுள்ள ஒளியின்மேல் எண்ணத்தை வைத்துத் தியானித்தால், கண்ணாடியில் உருவம் கலந்திருப்பது போல, உள்ளுக்குள் கலந்திருக்கும் இறைவனை உணரலாமென்கிறது பாடல்.
Though one may remain in the state of yoga for countless years, there is no one who has seen and come to know God outside. The verse says that if the thought is set in meditation upon the light within, at the sahasrāra, then, as a form mingles with its reflection in a mirror, one may sense God, who dwells mingled within.
